The project looks serious. Is there Neo behind it? It didn't open up to Global but it receives a lot from Chinese investors I think. The developers look qualified. I think I'm goint to follow it. 
Yeah, there're two famous backers: NEO and QTUM, another backer ChainFunder invested some of well-known ICOs, including ETH, NEO, IOTA, ARDOR, EOS,RiPPLE, FACTOM , Tezos..
