NEO really needs a better user interface wallet with much better syncing speed !!
In case you are using the NEO Desktop wallet, then you will want to download the 'Fast Sync' file (via the NEO Reddit) as that will save a LOT of time:

Can´t find any info about bandwidth minimum requirement in upload and download with Neo Pos wallet
