You can't just buy coins for 200 sats, wait a week, sell for 10 bitcoin each and retire.
Look at neo. That coin did not much of anything for years and now it is going up.
Development takes time, be patient, or sell and stick to coins in the top 100.
Sorry, but comparing a (maybe soon ethereum replacement) NEO with (a source code fork) SCORE is just wrong. Of course development takes time, and maybe the dev will proof us wrong. But it doesn't look like that atm
