I want to pull the trigger and buy some items from their website but stuff like your situation is making me very worrisome and hesitant. On top of that, there are also other aspects that worries me about their site/company also.
1. New site/company and they won't escrow.
2. No positive reviews yet. All I see is a negative one from the guy who used the exploit. And currently, chdanish's order is delayed for a week without any sort of communication.
3. Stock photos are used instead of the actual product in hand with a tag to help prove that they actually have it.
3a. The detail information about the merchandise were literally copy & pasted from the original product's website. At least put some effort? or am I just being too picky?
4. Company seems a bit unprofessional. Website isn't finished, twitter just spams about giveaway, YouTube videos seems like it was done with no effort, etc.
I have sent them a ticket with several questions. Hopefully I get an answer that will somehow persuade me to purchase some items from them.
