With 1% target profit then its very possible but if you can gain that amount quickly then you can lose that amount quickly too if you don't have a trading plan. When the price is not going your way then you can set a stop loss but if you believe that the price will go back up because of your analysis then you can hold the coin till it hit your target price. I can observe that some trading groups have a target of 5% minimum target profit per trade so 1% is achievable.
