So, if you have already not known bitgrail is a new crypto currency exchange site.

Today @jake(User) deposited 23.964 ETH on bitgrail exchange to buy XRB.

Here is the proof of transaction deposit

However, later He realized they do not have pair ETH/XRB

So he placed withdrawal request 23.964 ETH

But they processed only 5.51 ETH and 18.45 ETH was missing.

When Jake contacted ANTHONYGOZZINI (TONIELGOZZO) one of admin of the bitgrail exchange. ANTHONYGOZZINI banned Jake(User) from the website.

So far bitgrail support not responding to jake and there is nothing he can do now.  If you are user of the bitgrail beware of this fraud and scams.

Jake intended to buy RaiBlocks XRB but his experience with bitgrail service put's him in fear and many users should question reliability of bitgrail exchange service.

Anybody who help's Jake greatly appreciated. Be cautious when trading on new platform. Stay away from Bitgrail and protect your hard earned money.
