LOL, you Fortunejack signature carriers really need to quit sucking FJ's D!ck. FJ has tons a problems and it all starts with their poor CS training. I had issue with ETH withdrawal not to long ago and lost money when i finally did received it. CS act like they were just as dumb as the day they were trained.
Agree, Their CS department needs proper training and power to be able to fix problems. But apart from that it's a great casino.
It looks like they have given a limited access to all their customer support team so when you ask some technical issues then they can only tell you to wait for their team members to check and help you out. But sometimes when people are in a hurry this kind of answer will disappoint users. FJ should find ways to improve on these long time issues.
