LOL maybe not now as the ICO was pretty much available to the Chinese market first so it is actually dumping for those who bought at ICO price this is nothing less than 4-10x profit.
I think there is a problem of transparency with HCASH/HSHARE at the moment, no way to see coin distribution that needs to be fixed but the promise of the coin could be revolutionary!
