till now i try to withdraw my earning but it is always pending!! 
Well mate, if its HYIP then there is a higher probability that you will never be able to withdraw your earnings. HYIPs are scam or is there a legit HYIP? All HYIPs that I know of are scam. They are paying at the beginning to encourage more investors and then later on if they already hit their target, they will be gone with all the money that all the investors entrusted them to. They may be paying for a year, month or weeks but sooner or later they will be offline and there is no one you can turn to.
To add up and advice here is don't ever invest your funds in HYIP mates, because most of them mostly a scam specially there motive were all a networking type of strategy that offers product to people with an investments of a certain amount of money. That's correct definition of a hyip nobody succeeded from that kind of scheme, and it's more like selling a product which is not mainly known at local markets; but the the certain thing about is a ponzi scheme.
