I can vouch for UQUID. Up until now, my account with them remains active and there have been no hidden fees or nonsense policies about anything. The only bad thing I have seen about them is that their support may be hard to understand and their website might feel a little awkward to use since the design is admittedly not the best. Their English could also use some work. However, functionally speaking, I have had no problem using them. I may also soon try out the Shift card so I will be able to comment on that one as well.
