what is the difference between real or fake bitcoin company? how can we conclude that A company is fake and B company is the real one 
I don't quite get your question or thread. What do you mean real or fake bitcoin company? I think there is only one bitcoin company and I don't think there is someone who have created a fake bitcoin company so far though.

While there can be a whole specter of answers obviously, but it is as clear as day that the sole purpose of this thread (just like many other such threads springing up here and there) is padding the post count of its author by asking general questions which could be related to Bitcoin somehow but which could as easily be asked about virtually anything. Mark my word, you will never see the OP posting here again, they won't even look into the thread again. I don't mind if it gets trashed (a note to the mod). Kill'em all!
