hi question: ive deposited (shown in the screen) some ETH but got no PROPY tokens. is this normal? (do i get the 10% bonus?)

edit: ok it somehow exchanged now my ETH with PROPY token. but only got the 5% bonus - any chance to get the remaining 5%? thanks
