MOST IMPORTANTLY, he seems to ignore any questions about his real-life identity or credentials.
I am a privacy conscious person.
Sending high res scans of my passport to strangers on the internet? - No way

Somebody that is potentially going to send you thousands of dollars worth of hardware is not a stranger.

Don't be surprised if he only accepts BTC when the time comes.
Who says they accept "fiat"? They would accept "euros" or "deutsche marks".
I will accept Euro and BTC, i said fiat because thats the usual term here.

Why won't he name his "officially registered company"?
Or at least the "Avionic and Military" companies in Germany he wants to contract?

Two other things to consider:
1. Why would he only accept BTC for his chips but both BTC+fiat for boards?
2. How come he hasn't disclosed how many chips he has bought from Zefir himself?
3. All his images are uploaded and hosted from Anonymouse.org

My Company is registered but not yet published in the "Handelsregister", the officials are taking their time.
Could be due to the holidays.
Why wouldn't i name my contractors? - i consider those trade secrets

1. I dont sell the Chips, i only provide an assembly service.
2. Why would that be of your concern?
3. Bitcointalk.org does that automatically to any link or image - go try it out.

1. This is not consistent with what you have stated in your posts in the past
2. I personally don't care. I'm smart enough to stay away. But you claimed in this post that you would reserve a number of Zefir's chips for smaller orders. Wouldn't it be helpful to let people know how many they can order?
3. This isn't true either. Just right-click on other images (not by Burnin) in this post. If I was scamming somebody, I would definitely use a service like Anonymouse too.

Wow.
It's like watching a slowly sinking ship...

Just because someone is on the internet, does not remove them from accountability.
If you were doing the same transaction in real life, you would want to know more than Burnin is telling you.

I tried to warn you guys, but now it's time to just watch and wait. I guess this is Darwinism in effect.
There are people that have no business mining and this scam is going to weed them out.
On the plus side, Burnin is going to keep the difficulty from going higher, LOL...

Straight out of the n00b cage and into trolling. You'll find plenty just like yourself. Nobody is saying he's not accountable. They're saying that until his business registration process is complete, and until the board design is complete, no money is changing hands, so it's a waste of time to worry about it.

Do you demand to see the passport of every individual you do transactions with in person? If somebody came into my place of business and demanded to see some ID, I'd point to my business license. If they wanted to see my passport, I'd advise them to take their business elsewhere. It's true that there are plenty of scammers out there, but unilaterally declaring anybody and everybody who offers a Bitcoin related product as a "scammer" is not only bad form, but it creates so much static that it becomes difficult for people to differentiate the real scams from the legitimate people that chicken littles like yourself like to target with scam accusations, for your own amusement.
