I think its great Idea to offer web and SEO services on block-chain. and a neutral market place where companies can offer projects/work & developers can freelance - using a free block chain based currency ( hence free from others pulling the plug ) Is indeed a strong use-case.

After studying you and all the past work/turbulence etc properly, I have few honest suggestions to see you guys succeed.

1.) You need a better & more professional representation on twitter, media and documentation. Strictly business wise speaking, a professional standard of English in documents, representation and official reports ( even tweets ) is a must. Unfortunately world judges and puts over emphasis on this.
2.) htmlcoin.business platform - I really suggest do the hard work and make sure the marketplace platform is very stable , and then go on a massive advertising campaign to targeted prospective members ( both small companies etc & freelancing developers ) to bring them together. But please dont do this before the platform is usable. bad impression and they will never come back.

Just few inputs. This is really great idea, and the first i have seen - offering developer services on block chain - and without needing to pay in fiat. which means "anybody can avail development and any developer can work on projects- irrespective of which country they live in, which language they speak and irrespective of them having a bank account or not"
