i think its difficult to know which is real or fake bitcoin exchanger company because we only know when the exchanger is already run for at least one year but it was not close enough if less than one year the exchanger is shutdown. we can take example with cryptsy, they run their company for more than 2 years and be the good exchange but finally they are shutdown, beside that i read about mt.gox, this is the other good exchange which is scam people.
