Yes bitcoin is really secure. no one can steal bitcoin, except for our own carelessness.

Yes people can steal your bitcoins if your wallet is hacked, it's been done countless times.
Governments CAN and have banned Bitcoin in some countries. There is nothing that keeps it legal if the government decides it wants to ban it.
