This is not true. Despite the fact that they have the current block corresponding to the number of the last block in the network, they have not credited coins to my account for this transaction -
I'm not privy to ccex internals. You should contact support.
EDIT: You're right in that the wallet is listed as in maintenance. I have no idea why that is or whether that is the reason why deposits are not shown.
