There's zendesk support.
From what I've found:
If they reply within 24 hours then the result they come up with will not go through
If they reply after 48 hours there's a slim chance something will eventually go through.
Anything about deposits probably gets ignored as they know there's a problem and are probably trying to hide something about the deposits - or maybe they don't know it's a problem and think it's just users being clumsy.
