Why as a campaign manager cover cases that occur to investors and campaign participants,should be a professional manager to provide real information

I just want to clarify something, Enigma Catalyst team is very professional and never delayed a payment, you do not have to blame them, all delays are my fault, I was on holidays (I need rest like all humans 
) and I was holding campaign funds in a safe wallet, and informed participants about this delay.
In your case, you did not have enough posts when campaign ended, and you said that you thought the post count will be in payment day, that was wrong.
