una sa lahat brad as marketing graduate , di lahat ng time papatok business mo , at ngayon masasabi ko e yung cafe business masyado na silang crowded sa market kaya ikaw sayang lang magiging puhunan mo , kahit na magkaroon ka ng twist sa itatayo mong business e mahirap pa din , tsaka brad tignan mo din yung competitors mo bago mo itayo yang business na yan .

I agree with his statement. Yung cafe business is very established na sa market like starbucks at seattle's best and other arising cafe business. Try to find a business which captures your interest and consider the 4Ps in marketing mix. Just make sure you have enough money to start your business and you were strong and brave enough because you were taking risks here, it might succeesld or not.
