Either the network is broken or polo is insolvent.
No coins have gotten out of there in around 4 hours. Wonder how that rush on their funds has affected them...
More likely their hot wallet is empty and needs to be refilled (but that doesn't rule out they
could also be insolvent, I just have seen no real evidence of it)
The network is not broken, although there is a backlog of transactions.
Smells like foul play either way. They can easily afford to up their transactions fees to get their hot wallet refilled though.
