Liqui, Etherdelta, Bittrex, Cryptopia or maybe Mercatox are always listing new cryptocurrencies as first in my opinion. Especially Etherdelta and Liqui. I would suggest making an agreement with Liqui, they have relatively high volume and it's currently in an expanding phase. Sometimes you can also accelerate the process of listing by making a petition for the community to vote.
