i m trying to find out some ongoing ico's , as i am new into market , so i've fear to get trap in scam . so do anyone can suggest , the best ongoing suggestion with proper reason.

If you can evaluate the projects out there and distinguish a scam from a legit one, maybe you shouldn't be putting your money into ICOs, just play the blue-chip coins, bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, anything in the top 10, except BCH, and you'll make money.
you are right, blue-chip coins can get profits at low risk, but some good ico can take into consideration, they will give more profits and be the top ten very soon
