Hi I've been playing on betchain for a few months never had a problem, untill two weeks ago I spinned a bonus and never got rewarded the bonus. I've been in contact with them now for two weeks and keep getting the same answer "they will get back to me" ever after I uploaded proof. For now please be aware of this site as other member mentioned because it's a scam in my eyes.
