10% premine should be stated in ANN dev, otherwise it seems sketchy. Also an address to monitor premine spend (Airdrops/bounties etc) once explorer is up.
I'm willing to support this coin if a plan is put forward for use of the premine. It's a very large number for such a slow block time and needs to be explained.
