With new rule it will be really hard for multi account to handle all the need to get AirDropped

Where do I read the information about the new rule? Its really hard to browse through all the 6 new pages of comments every time I log in to see if anything has changed. So dev, could you stop changing the rules or put them in bold red text in the OP thread please?
