The signature campaign for newbie is there but not widely available here, but now your rank has increased to Jr. and it seems like you will find it easy to find a signature campaign for your rank.
That's true, because most of the accounts you use can be trusted when it has level as jr.member, but for now it's very difficult to find the signature for jr, so it's better to focus when it becomes a member.
