I don't think so. I looked through his post history, and he's mostly buy low/sell high. He did predict BTB would hit bter shortly before hand, but looking a little further back, he predicted it several times before that, too.
Because some exchanges need to scrape the bottom of the barrel for profit.
If you think about it, it doesn't make sense not to.
They take 2%, melt down theirs at market rates, pure profit.
Take 2 percent, buy up stocks as they come in, bloat sell price up, continue selling as people frenzy for new coin.
It's a free market. which means..... the exchanges can OWN the market.
