I m having the same problem with Liqui.  I tried to transfer some some OAX from Liqui to Binance.  Liqui site says the transfer was complete, they gave me a TXID, but the TXID cannot be found anywhere on the blockchain.  I have sent 2 tickets with screenshots, tweeted them  sent an email to their "Business inquiries hi@liqui.io" email address but no response or coins after 24hours........   I hope i havent been scammed by Liqui..... Im finding others having the same problem...
