As mentioned in our whitepaper, website and our forum, we have spent nearly 2 years of test marketing of our Token in the Asian region.
About half of the tokens are already distributed to our existing users, and 90% of the other nearly half that we possess are distributed in this ICO.

Our Circle Coin Token (XCC) is a non-blockchain token for now, which was spread offline and only traded and used among the platform and services that we provide.
Now we are putting up this ICO to develop Ethereum blockchain for our Token, which will almost be a renewal of our token.
The new token will be co-related to another platform that we aim to develop, "the CIRCLE" which will provide various forecasting games. The new tokens will represent an ownership of 80% of the profit made from this platform.
