While it would be great to have some competition in the marketplace against Bitmain, I'm not sure I trust this company Ebit fully to actually order from them.  It seems weird to have the price and power consumption listed on a per TH basis instead of just flat out saying it, this raises some red flags at least for me.

Logically the amount pulled per machine would be an estimate, as it's always per "succesfull" job/share that will count, and not every physical chip will be as effective as the next. So getting a Watt estimate per TH will be a more correct average effectiveness factor, as when the output differs per machine, the pull will differ in the same way.
