i think you first must read all of sticky post, because most of that are a important post for newbie like you.
My advice for you is to read a lot. There are so many useful information on pinned post especially ones where Administrator describes rules, guides, rank etc. If you are here for the money and quick cash not the knowledge this forum offers I can assure you your stay here might not be that long.
