Someone asked if it was down for everyone or just them so I just confirmed it was actually down for me as well. And also stated it was down yesterday for a short period before coming back up. (the obvious implication I thought being that it's just temporary so just wait)

Yes it's been down for about an hour for me. It was doing that for me yesterday as well but for much shorter periods.
