That price was requested by Neblio themselves. If you read the 'overview' tab you would have seen that it redirected users to buy directly from the Neblio website.
This is correct. We had a deal with TokenLot to offer NEBL early, after that deal we wanted to redirect users to our site and our checkout process while continuing to get exposure from visitors to TokenLot's site. It was my idea to bump the price to a silly amount and place a notice to redirect users to our site. It worked out well, many users came from that page to our site and of course no one bought in at 1 NEBL = 1 ETH.
