One of your wallet addresses is/was: 17A16QmavnUfCW11DAApiJxp7ARnxN5pGX

People can verify that by looking at where their withdraws were coming from in the week leading up to the fork.  That address is clearly controlled by Nitrogen and contains player funds.

Once the fork happened, the BCH version of that wallet got 4843.34409373BCH put into it.

On Saturday, August 13th (a few days before you said "We will not transfer, optimize, or benefit...", you transfered 4,479.02915468BCH: https://www.blocktrail.com/BCC/tx/c013b648d5201d117a2d5505763b65ed5b94dde5eca839d2ffe3d43c709987a3

Hi DarkDays,

It appears that the address you referenced (17A16QmavnUfCW11DAApiJxp7ARnxN5pGX) belongs to Poloniex, a popular cryptocurrency exchange.

and

We stand by our position that "We will not transfer, optimize, or benefit from any BCH that became theoretically available to account balances at the time of the fork.”

Thank you,

You know what, you're absolutely right.  I copied the wrong address from my wallet a couple of weeks ago when I was trying to check and never double checked it.  My bad.

I can't confirm that you haven't moved the funds yet (want to sign some addresses in good faith?) but I can say that that address is not yours.  Sorry again for the confusion.  I still must insist, however, that you review your policies and give the players their money that they accrued from the fork.
