I am trying to get official information about the situation, but have so far received none.

I fully understand how you guys feel, but I am only the communications manager and can only provide with info that I am myself provided with.

I am sure that once the team has official statement/information on the issue, they will share it with me and I will send it to all of you.

I have requested a statement more than once already. They know you want it.
