I bought a limited edition, and the first part (15 VPS creation guide) is described in detail, and you will be able to do it without issues.
2nd part is not so good (for now), it does explain main steps you need to take. Seller said he is going to update this part of ebook, and he even asked me for feedback to improve upon.
