Looks like someone took my advice, ETH-MCO markets are matching between two exchangers. Didn't need to transfer. Bought on Binance and sold on binance a minute later did the guaranteed 10% trick.
Now lets see if Binance goes up and we make MCO transfers from Bittrex to stabilize the market while capitalizing on guaranteed trades.
