So i chatted again, this time with Ivy.

The orders are going to their factory in Yunnan.
From there they ship'em to their forwarder in Hangzhou.
(taking 3 - 5 Days).
And THEN the shipping to you is happening from there.


Complete chaos.
But they hopefully have a good internal decision for that.

Ivy: "it was sent to our forwarder. when he receive the miner and give us the traking number, we will share you."

Me: "how long would this take normally?"

Ivy: "3-5 working days, because our factory is located in Yunnan Province, our forwarder is in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. long distance"
