20 hours is a really long time, it should have definitely confirmed by that point, you might want to contact support. Unless you put a really low fee, then you arent going to get confirmed in a block. You might need to wait longer.

and what help are you waiting for them? are you made deposit? or? Cash out? if you deposited your coins with low fee, then you must wait to get tax confirmation because with low fee you need more than 20hrs, but if confirmation done and status is pending than they will fix your problem
