This was addressed above, there is a road running on the west side of the property running in to Lantry rd.

I'm sure there are certain laws to follow, but I've seen owners of US land that aren't residents. Here are some plants that are growing in the area:

I'd love to buy some overseas property, but have a feeling that the law makes it impossible. Are there any plants that would grow in this environment, or is it just a few cactus species?
