From my point of view there should be 2 options (one does not forbid the other). An exchange (Bittrex) and a  wallet that supports both coins (a wallet that supports snapsotted SPR adresses, and generates HLM adresses and requests from MNs or a master account to deposit with the appropriate HLM balance ).
