So yeah i own OG twitter name that has exactly the same profile name @name as one of the biggest crypto projects around there and that has raised over 200M$ on their ICO.

It depends on their BATNA ("Best ALTERNATIVE TO a negotiated agreement" with you)
If what they are using is awful, you have a strong hand and can go for $100,000
If what they have works perfectly fine then probably $3,000 - $10,000 is enough
100,000 seems way too steep for a social media account. After all, if they have ins with Twitter or just contact them, then the account can be sent to them. I think this is worth more in the range of 1-5 thousand dollars. OG names and company names are very very expensive depending on the product.
