As far as I know it is possible to exchange it for Gamma tokens if you have enough of them. Probably some taxes needs to be paid, but you can get it as I understand.

Villa is located on island Krk in Croatia. There will be 5 more villas for the start and construction for them starts after ICO if I understand correctly

Damn this is indeed a HUGE PROJECT and bound to be a long term investment once I got my Xaurum I'm going to hold it as much as I can this could triple the price once those villas are constructed.

What I see is that anything that Xaurum team make/made is meant as a long term investment, with huge potencial.
