today I looked in the pool,I understand that the difficulty went down? 
indeed, the diff adjust herself every 2016 block.
It means we lost some hashrate (finding block slower) then the past Diff.
Some hashrate has move to BCH. (Bitcoin coin cash network)
Btw i use "herself" since in french everything is a He or She and difficulty is a She.
I understand well what you told me,I hope that block will not make us wait even longer
