I did not have much on mtgox, so if it's too late now, it's not so bad, but if I still can make a claim I would try my luck and see if I could get some dollars out of it.

Too late for a claim, all is closed (if i remember well) by more than a year.....
Ah okay, the Kraken support page for this topic says only online claims are closed but this info might bei outdated of course

Yes outdated watch https://www.mtgox.com/ first red box, after the japanese language part, on the english, is clearly stated that now only rejected claims can be disputed. And i don't remember also if that part is done or not....
