Move away from wirex. I switched from wirex to bitwala because of their ridicolous fees, shitty support, and so many problems with using their services. They are the moat horrible company i have ever had to deal with.
Bitwala is trying to tax me right now for 10, 8, 9, 11, 15 for me to top up my card with 100 or transfer money to my account.
The fee depends on the minute I press ok then cancel then ok..
And the value they pay for each bitcoin is very bellow of the market.
108 on market value is about 98 then pay you. Then you pay the fee...
In total is about 25 lost in a 100 transfer. And since they are not responding to my message I already lost 25 more since the bitcoin dropped.
I contacted bitwala about 4 times in less then a month to solve problems with the app , account, card and transfer money.
I think you are talking of wirex, never had problem like that with bitwala before. I paid 102 for 100 balance on the card. Bitwala is a very honest company, meanwhile wirex is just bunch of leeches nowadays.
