you need to increase the fee up to 1 Ether if you have to
, and only happen if the token launch is going on. I don't know if TRON ico is over yet because I don't investing in it but the more fee you have the faster the transaction , that's the trick...ICO sell out was at Binance exchange, so you don`t need to pay any fee for transaction. 1.9B TRX has been sold out nearly within 2 hours. but there as an issue which caused for many people that their buy orders was not confirmed.
