Is any way we can dual mine NICE_ETHASH and SIA ?

Probably you can try, I mine DUAL with NICE_ETHASH and NICE_DECRED using claymore.

Haven't tried with SIA + NICE ETHASH

This should work as is if you just make sure you add your own BTC address in the BTC_ADDRESS variable
