Right now I'm the only Kraken rep here on bitcointalk and I don't have enough time to do a good job of it lately, so we're going to bring in more people to help out soon.
As OP has stated, the funds have been credited back to the account. We told OP on Friday the 18th that in this type of situation funds usually get credited in 1-2 business days and probably should have clarified that "usually" means it could take a bit longer, which it did in this case. But OP responded in the ticket on Monday the 21st asking for an update and didn't get one, so I apologize that we didn't provide a prompt response at that time.
